About The Role 

As the Coordinator, Social Media, you must have a deep passion for social media and a keen understanding of the emerging digital landscape. You should have proven experience managing social media for commerce. Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving entrepreneurial environment, you excel at project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in building and engaging our online community.

Responsibilities include:  

  • Schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok 
  • Monitor social media channels frequently and respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers to foster relationships and build community. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy and improve campaigns 
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant 
  • Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns 
  • Partner with cross functional teams to support brand initiatives and product launches.
  • Content Creation: Develop eye-catching content for our community— to attract and grow our following
  • Platform Strategy: Craft captivating  content for our Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
  • Brand Integration: Utilize our existing social media feed to ensure every content stays on brand.
  • Analytics & Adaptation: Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive engagement. Key KPI's will be in place to measure the success of the goals and strategies set in place.

Who You Are:

  • Qualifications & Experience 

    • 1-2+ years of relevant social media experience 
    • Passion, vision and value of social media for driving Content, Community & Commerce. 
    • Thorough technical understanding of the primary social platforms in the space (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) 
    • Capacity to handle a variety of competing tasks and assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. 
    • Excellent communication skills, project management, and superior writing and grammar skills. 
    • Flexible, responsive, level-headed and quick thinking. 
    • Proactive, assertive, collaborative and resourceful with strong attention to detail. 
    • Organized, positive, respectful and supportive. 
    • Openness to working some nights and weekends, as social media is always on. 
    • In-Office Presence: Willing and able to work from the office to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with company culture.
    • Open to feedback and willing to refine strategies and content based on suggestions.
    • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effectively managing our diverse, global audience.
