Born from the wild landscapes of New Zealand, ACTIVIST is shaped by seasonal rhythms, the work of bees, and a belief in ingredients kept close to their source. Raw Mānuka honey—both topical and ingestible—sits at the heart of it all, offering a sense of place and a gentle approach to skin and wellbeing.
Our Story
We embarked on our journey with a simple yet profound desire: to curate goods by designers, both local and international, and share them with our community. A decade later, we’ve come to understand the level of precision and gestures necessary to transform a shop into a vibrant, immersive experience. Our journey has expanded into unique ventures such as Field Studies, our perfume brand inspired by our explorations, and Magnolia Rural, a rustic retreat nestled in the mountains of Puerto Rico. Now as Universo LUCA, a new chapter begins where we choose to explore the vast landscape that is design.
