White & Blue Sage Smudge

Sage is a hardy bush found in the Southwest Deserts, its soothing, relaxing smell can be used to aid meditation or burned for enjoyment. Blue sage is a purifying herb with broad medicinal applications that cleanses negativity and brings healing to your life while providing spiritual strength.

How to use: light the wand from the top end surface and place it in our Oval Cast Iron Cauldron or a safe surface. Let the smoke permeate and cleanse. Once done, snuff out the fire against a surface, store away and save for later use.
